After you purchase a plaque from our website, please allow up to 10 days your plaque to be delivered to your home.
Within these 10 days, we will create your memory video and send it to you for review before submitting it to your plaque.
Please contact us if you wish to add more minutes to your plaque or if you would like to purchase more than one of the same plaque.
