WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you enjoy your purchase from RecaptureOne. We have made every effort to ensure that the products available for sale on our website are fairly and accurately described, that the images are a true representation of the products and that the packaging ensures safe carriage. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of purchasing. Your refund will be issued via original payment method.
HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER?
When you place an order with us, you will receive an email summarising your order. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you have still not received this email, which is our acceptance of your order, then please contact us immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, after we have accepted your order, we find any reason as to why we are unable to complete it, we will contact you by email immediately, cancel your order and refund you accordingly. Orders are processed only when payment has been authorised.
HOW DO I RETURN FROM EU & HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE?
Your refund should be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return.
- Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging. Print our Returns Document (link) and place it inside your package.
Login to your Account on our RecaptureOne website and submit a return request.
- Address the package to be delivered to 8 The Drive, Earlscourt, Kill Co. Kildare, Ireland.
- Drop the package off at your local post office. ( This will be changed once An Post and DPD send me an email back, but we can go ahead and set up the page first).
- You will receive an email confirmation and proof of return once we received your item.
- Ensure to keep your postage receipt until we have sent you an email confirmation.
